The Sober Mom Squad is just as it sounds: an open-minded community of women, including those who are sober, those who are just dipping their toes in exploring an alcohol-free lifestyle, and everything in between!
While we gear our content toward motherhood, we are open to all women, or non binary individuals who identify with women’s communities.
We share. We connect. We talk about the hard things. We create a community in the lonely pockets of life. We don’t shy away from the tough topics, and we nod our heads in solidarity.
Our common goal is to make alcohol a small and insignificant part of our lives. For those of us who are mothers, we want to raise children in homes where alcohol is not the focus, and help other women do the same. We are women like you who dont want their kids to grow up with a mom who needs wine to survive them.
When you join the Sober Mom Squad app and community, you can:
+ Be part of a caring, supportive community of other women who are exploring what it means to lead an alcohol-free lifestyle, including those who are newly sober or sober-curious.
+ Post, ask questions, share your recovery story, and cheer on other moms in a safe, private community forum.
+ Attend multiple daily virtual meetings that you can join anytime. We talk about everything, from the mundane to the tough stuff, and give you space to share whatever is on your heart!
+ Easily find and meet up with women near you, so you can build a squad of trusted, sober friends in your area.
+ Gain practical tools and proven frameworks for navigating situations like holiday parties, travel, and special events so you can feel confident in your sobriety and your choices as a parent.
+ We have a book club, writing club, and more.
+ Access our signature REWIND course, as well as the SSP curriculum for nervous system regulation!
+ Access curated resources, including book lists, favorite podcasts, playlists, and more.
+ Join groups specifically for single moms, moms of neurodivergent kids, and newly sober. With many more to come!
As women, we need to connect, share experiences, share expertise, hear stories, and tell our own. We need to know that we are not alone. Sober Mom Squad offers you a safe environment away from judgment and stigma, where we can come together to be our best selves.
